Cancellation Policy
Once booked, the reservation must be terminated in writing by the Renter. Based on the date of termination the following refund policies will be in place:
● Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in date are subject to a full refund minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made more than 14 days but less than 30 days prior to check-in date are subject to a 50% refund of total rental amount and taxes, and 100% refund of cleaning fee and pet fee, minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date are subject to a refund of the cleaning fee and pet fee minus payment processing fees
This policy is designed to protect both the guests and the management company, ensuring that rental homes are properly managed and available for other potential renters.

We went for a long weekend with the family and really enjoyed it, it was easy to each have our own areas to hang out and quiet, and everything was very clean and tidy. We would definitely come back, the place was great for our needs and really close to Beacon, which was really fun for us.
