Cancellation Policy
Once booked, the reservation must be terminated in writing by the Renter. Based on the date of termination the following refund policies will be in place:
● Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in date are subject to a full refund minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made more than 14 days but less than 30 days prior to check-in date are subject to a 50% refund of total rental amount and taxes, and 100% refund of cleaning fee and pet fee, minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date are subject to a refund of the cleaning fee and pet fee minus payment processing fees
This policy is designed to protect both the guests and the management company, ensuring that rental homes are properly managed and available for other potential renters.

Outstanding home in a beautiful location. Best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. Lake was a highlight with private beach, multiple kayaks and beautiful views. Landscaping outstanding.

We loved kayaking and fishing everyday. we saw the bald eagle everyday as well! place was big enough for everyone. had almost everything you could need. I highly suggest an air fryer!! Just saying! beach was great but not much room to swim.before you hit seaweed. still had a great time. would recommend!

House was perfect for our gathering. 2 kids, 2 teens, and 5 adults had plenty of space. There were enough tables that we could do puzzles/ board games/activities on some and could all fit around to eat at another. Beautiful lake, hoping to come back in the summer to use it. Husband fell in love with the Viking stove. TV was easy to watch movies on. Lots of restaurants about 20 minutes away.

We stayed here over New Year’s with family and had a truly wonderful experience. The beachfront house was beautifully decorated, and the frozen lake view was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook meals together. Sarah was an exceptional host: super helpful, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions or requests we had. One day it even snowed, and the hosts proactively sent someone to clear the outdoor areas to make sure everything was safe for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a cozy, relaxing, and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year and would absolutely recommend it to others.

The house is very homey. Views of Lake Oscawana are spectacular, specially when it snows! The snowplower cleared the snow right in time. Comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The only down side is that deliveries to the home are a challenge.

My family & I had the best time staying at 44 Aqua Lane. I'm from the area but my family is from NC & my goal was to given them a beautiful lake-side retreat experience & that's exactly what it was the entire stay. Being able to kayak on the lake, hang out together in the spacious living room, cook in the beautiful kitchen that had everything we could possibly need, eat together at the huge dining room table, spend evenings on the porch watching the sunset... it was all 10/10 & we hope to book the property again soon!
