Cancellation Policy
Once booked, the reservation must be terminated in writing by the Renter. Based on the date of termination the following refund policies will be in place:
● Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in date are subject to a full refund minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made more than 14 days but less than 30 days prior to check-in date are subject to a 50% refund of total rental amount and taxes, and 100% refund of cleaning fee and pet fee, minus payment processing fees
● Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date are subject to a refund of the cleaning fee and pet fee minus payment processing fees

Amazing! The home is even more beautiful than the photos. My family LOVED the dock- the water was great. You could launch kayaks and paddleboards, jump and swim right off the dock. There was more privacy than you typically get along a lake with homes. Plenty of room for my adult children and their significant others. The walk down the the dock was easy and would be appropriate for all ages/abilities. There is a coffee shop within walking distance at Woodloch resort nearby. The home had everything you would need, we felt very at home. The water was spectacular, bathrooms and kitchen were updated, the fireplace was perfect. We typically try different airbnbs each trip but everyone agreed we would go back to this one. Highly recommend

What an awesome place! If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We mostly spent our time relaxing by the lake and around the fire pit, but there are plenty of other things to do. Sara was proactive and extremely responsive to any questions we had. This place is definitely on my return list!

My husband and our twin 13 year old daughters stayed here after a busy weekend in NYC and it was just what we needed. We are from Texas so being able to spend hours outside during they daytime in June without dying from a heatstroke was amazing! 😂🥵 It's so peaceful and lovely there. The house is clean, cozy and has everything you need.

We had the best family vacation for Easter with our dog and 2 kids. Everyone had space to relax and the open main level floor plan was great to all be together. We used the dock for fishing (didn’t catch anything) maybe because fish are just waking up for spring. We also used the provided kayaks to explore Lake Teedyuskung. We had a wonderful family Easter brunch at Woodloch Springs clubhouse and the resort grounds and views were so pretty. Our favorite thing to do was look at all the deer roaming the properties. Would love to go back in warmer weather and enjoy the lake again! Thank you Sara and team!

This is our second time visiting Sara’s place. My family and I love everything about this rental property. It feels like home and is stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is beautiful and the house is thoughtfully decorated and arranged. Sara is very helpful and always responsive. This property is above five stars, but it’s the highest it can be rated! We will return as soon as possible.

Sara’s place was exactly what our family needed for Thanksgiving weekend. It was super private and loved that it overlooked the lake. The sunrises were incredible- we highly recommend waking up early to see it. It was very clean and Sara was responsive and even gave us recommendation for a cafe in the area. We would definitely come back here.

Our stay in Hawley was fantastic! We wanted quiet and relaxing and that is exactly what we got. Everything from the appliances to the bath towels were all excellent quality and the house was very clean and updated. We had a great time kayaking and sitting by the lake or building a fire. Sara's communication was wonderful but we really had no reason to reach out since everything was as described and taken care of.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside house. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by trees, with a serene view over the lake. It's incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Our host, Sara, was exceptional. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and responded to all our questions very quickly. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This was one of those places where you immediately feel at home — we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm retreat in nature with all the comforts of a well-kept, beautiful home.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was so luxurious and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding around the lake, fishing off the private dock (caught lots of blue gills and sunnies), evening camp fires, and watching all the amazing wildlife off the back deck (saw a fisher cat, a fox, tons of deer, and a bear!). Beds were incredibly comfortable as well as the couch for movies and lounging. Everything was super clean and kitchen stocked wonderfully with everything you’ll need for home cooked meals. We had plans to go check out Woodloch for a drink but we were so cozy we never even left the house all weekend. This place is a dream, would 1000% recommend and would definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend! The house is extremely well-renovated, just as pictured, and we had no problems with anything at all. The standout aspect of the property is the absolutely gorgeous backyard with dock and lake access.

This was a great place for a family vacation with lake access & activities, peaceful and beautiful area, and spacious home with lots of amenities. The house was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with answering any questions, we'd definitely book with her again.

This is the best place my family and I have stayed in quite some time. Beautiful place, impeccably clean. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the blackout shades!! My wife and I have zero complaints, we loved our stay and will be back.
